Our Work
Ideas put into practice.
The Project’s work takes different forms. Some of it is operating today, some is being developed, and some is still being explored. Each is presented for what it is.
MAX Potential Basketball
Operating initiative
A real-world application of the Project’s development approach through basketball programs, coaching, and player development. MPBC is a distinct business within the Project.
Players and families should visit MPBC for current programs, schedules, eligibility, pricing, registration, and purchases.
Recreation basketball partnerships
Open for conversation · scope by agreement
A concrete example of the Project’s broader work: helping recreation departments support volunteer coaches, connect player development to league play, and make roles and family communication clearer. Advisory shapes the engagement; MPBC contributes basketball expertise.
MPPD and the infrastructure behind development
In development · built from practice
MPPD holds the development infrastructure: the connected work of planning, coaching knowledge, observations, and review. MPBC provides a real operating setting in which those needs become visible.
Current work focuses on supporting our own development environments. Wider access will depend on what is ready and useful for other organizations.
Work with people and organizations
Exploratory
We are exploring coach and leader support, program design, organizational development, speaking, and partnerships. A conversation establishes the need, fit, responsibilities, and what could be delivered.
These opportunities are exploratory. Any engagement would begin with an agreed scope and responsibilities.
A learning loop across the enterprise
Operating work reveals a need. Reflection turns experience into knowledge. Useful patterns inform infrastructure and new conversations. Evidence from the next setting tests what should travel and what needs to change.
Each part stays accountable to its own context. Basketball remains a distinct business; work in development stays in development until it is ready; exploratory work remains exploratory until a real scope is agreed.
Explore a partnership.
