I speak to help people reflect on how we grow—how we lead, coach, and show up for others. Through lived experience—coaching, parenting, recruiting, and loss—I’ve seen how powerful it is when our environments align with what we truly value.

Whether I’m speaking to athletes, coaches, educators, or leaders, my goal is to offer clarity, create alignment, and invite people to see development through a more intentional lens.
